I am glad you asked! Using our technology and system allows for a smooth and simple picture day!

Let's dive into these a little more.
When you come to picture day you will be greeted by our team. Mom will head over to the ordering table and player will head to our photo station. Matti will be taking orders, and Hannah will be assisting the players to the camera and making sure you are photo ready!
Once in front of the camera, Jessica (owner) will help determine best pose, and we will take 3 photos. 1. Identifier 2. Team pose 3. Package pose. Our camera team will review each photo as taken and make sure eyes are open, smiles are bright and your player is done!
Player makes their way back to mom and dad, and they are free to leave.
Mom and Dads process takes about 5 minutes. Players about 60 seconds. We have a system that allows us to take an entire teams photos in about ten minutes, that's it!
If parents have multiple children on different teams, our process allows them to come to picture day once, and take all of the players photos at one time. No more multiple trips to the ball field, and the best part we are strictly indoors so rain, sun, or snow, picture day can still go on!
Ordering/Delivery Process
We strive to make our picture day experience quick and painless for all parties involved. As parents of young athletes we know the struggle!
- Preorders
Parents can pre purchase photos before Picture Day, this allows them to skip the ordering line, take their players picture, and they are free to leave!
- On site ordering
A table with order forms, sample images and products are always on display and our team is ready to answer all questions. Cash, Check and CC accepted day of.
- Online & late orders
About a week after picture day all teams will be uploaded to a secure gallery through our website. Gallery will be shared with organization and parents only. Parents will have access to order prints and limited products and they will shipped directly to their home.
All pre orders and day of orders will be delivered back to the organization before end of season. This usually takes about 3 weeks, so its best to schedule pictures on opening day or the weekend after. All orders will be sorted by team, and delivered with the Coaches information on each envelope for easy distribution. Coaches will then hand out photo sto the parents. That's it!
We are available to do all scheduling and handle all matters, if needed. Again, our goal is to make picture day fun again for all involved!
